Maikelnow this is a big surprise for me!!I installed WinXP Prof. an nothing happens to my safeline console, when I test it no response at all[:-(] Wy?? I checked in the BIOS and everything I can think about. I have realy no idea where the heck the foult is.From where do you have the latest information from safeline? I made about 10 e-mails to them with out any response, I will never buy any thing again from this company. No support at all. Thanks Bruno in Switzerland

Bruno,Doesn't seem like your getting much help from Maikel. I don't have this product but would like to try and troubleshoot your problem.First, how is the Safeline console connected to your computer, serial (com) port, parallel (printer) port, game port (sound card connector)? It would seem that in any case you would need driver software to setup the port for use with your computer and fs2002.The only thing I could think of for BIOS settings would be to turn on the COM/parallel ports. If COM1, COM2, and parallel port are already on and show in your Device Manager, there is probably nothing else in BIOS to turn on.Is your WinXP completely updated with SP1 and pre-SP2 updates? What drivers are you using for your controller chips, sound, graphics adapter, etc.?

Hellomany thanks for your help.Ok the Safeline Console is connectet with a serial Port. But you bring a good point with the drivers for my mainboard. This is about the only thing I dit not update for Win XP. On the other site in the device manager is everything correct and ready to go. But I try now with the driver update for the mainboard. Lets se and hope then it has to go if it runs on other systems with out any problems.ThanksBruno in Switzerland
