January 4, 200323 yr I have the Thrustmaster Rudder Control System I purchased quite a few years ago. Anyone have any idea how I can get WinXP home to see them??I currently use either a CH Yoke with throttle, mixture, and prop controls or a Logitech Wingman Force Feedback...depending on the type of aircraft. Both of the aboe are USB.If I attach another joystick and the rudder pedals to the gameport I can get the rudders to function...the only problem is I seem to losethrottle control unless I use the throttle on the joystick attached to the gameport whick defeats the purpose of using the Yoke or Logitech joystick.Any help would be appreciated.I thought perhaps if I opened up the cheap joystick I have connected to the gameport and rudders and disconnected the throttle control that perhaps that might work.
January 4, 200323 yr Author Disconnecting the throttle in the joystick solved the problem...although there must be a better solution if anyone has one.I can now use the rudder system with either my Ch Yolk or the Wingman Force Feedback joystick. If anyone has a better solution I'd love to here it.
