How do you turn off auto tune in fs2002??? I have tried searching for it in help maybe not looking in right location. Thanks Chris

The auto tune cannot be shut off per say. However, you don't have to use the auto tune feature. You can manually tune the radio and transponder frequencies and the ATC window will update to the next step. You will have to acknowledge with the numbering system however.
