You might want to re-install 2k2 i think it's the only solution

First, select START, select Run, Type DXDIAG, OK. This will start DirectX Diagnostic, let it stabilize, select Display Tab, Check the settings for DirectDraw and Direct3d Accelerations, Enable them if necessary or if you are able. If you cannot enable them, I recommend you uninstall and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card. You may want to also visit http://www.guru3d.com/ as well as http://www.voodoofiles.com/ for information about properly uninstalling and install drivers. You will probably have to use drivers that are not WHQL but that is the best you can do with your graphics card.If you are able to enable DirectDraw and Direct3d Accelerations, test them in DirectX Diagnostic. I also recommend you update to DirectX 9.0. After testing them in DirectX Diagnostic, restart fs2002 to the menu screen, select settings, Display, Hardware Tab, and enable the "Hardware Acceleration checkbox, OK, return to FS2002 menu and proceed as normal.
