Video card / "Blurries" Question.

I have a GF 3 Ti200 64MB video card, which I realize is due for replacement. I get the dreaded "blurries" at any range beyond approximately 1/2 mile from my aircraft. What causes this and how can it be addressed? Any help greatly appreciated :)Thanks,Bruce.
