Hi Theo. This probably belongs in a different forum, as it is hardware related.I have an ATI Radeon 9500 Pro. My old card was a Radeon 64Mb DDR VIVO. After installation, my 3DMark scores more than doubled...and I would guess my FPS increased by 50% for FS2002. Without ATC, I can fly anywhere and not get a noticeable dip in FPS, if I set the rates at 24.My system is 640Mb memory SDRAM, 133 FSB, AMD 1600+ ( an older system ), WindowsXP home.Your system looks a little short on RAM... you might want to increase it to 512Mb. And that AMD 1G could be upgraded. But the Radeon will be the best initial upgrade... It will make a dramatic, positive impact on your simming. Uprading ram and cpu will help, but nothing else will give you a 50% increase in FPS.A side benefit, is that your system will still be fast with antiailiasing and anisotropic filtering enabled. I use 2x + 8x with 'performance' settings for DirectX... it looks great. If you upgrade your MB, ram and CPU in the future, the Radeon 9500 will fit nicely in that new system... that video card should be good for 2-3 years before technology and gaming force an upgrade on you.Dick

I agree with Dick. I bought an Atlantis 9500 Pro about a month ago, and I couldn't be happier. At about 60% of the price of a 9700 Pro, you can't go wrong.DaveAMD 1.2512 ram
