Hi Guy's,I'm trying to find out if anyone here is running this MB, I just wanted to check if anyone else has 2 graphics cards on it, in other words does this board support dual displays, below are my curren't system spect, in a few weeks I'm going to up-grade to the specs below my curren't ones. Thanks, Steve Current.MotherBoard. Abit KR7-A Raid. CPU. XP2000, Volcano7 Heatsink Tower. Inwin Q500 Powercase Oblivion Full Size Server Tower with 4 120mm Y S Tech Fan's. PSU Vantec V520W, RAM. 1024MB DDR pc2100. Asus CD-DVD Rom. Plextor CD-RW. Geforce4 Ti4600 DVI Dual Out, Geforce 2. 22" Dell Monitor on the GF4 and a 20" Dell on the GF2. Operating system. Windows XP Professional,SP1, Direct X 9, ADSL line. NEW.ASUS Enforce2 MB A7N8X Rev1.06.AMD Barton XP3000+Seagate Baracuda 120 GiG Serial ATA HDD.1024MB Corsair Extreme Low Latency CAS 2 RAM.Vantec Stealth 520Q PSU.NEW Herculese 9800Pro Graphics card 128MB. <(this will have to wait a few months yet,so the GF4 will stay a while yet,)GF2 MMX 64MB Card.(I'm keeping this one for now as it's been a pretty good secondary card)4X Vantec Stealth Fans 120mm.Vantec Stealth CPU Cooler.Vantec Nexus Rehobus controller.Vantec Nexus Multipanel for keeping an eye on the temps and speeds etc and has another 2 USB / Firewire ports built into it.I use 2 monitors and have been doing for quite some time now and find it particularly usefull for FS, I use a 22" HP monitor in front of me for FSim and a 21" Dell just to the left of that for FS Nav, saves constantly switching screens and they are getting very cheap now as everyone seems to want the waifer thin panels,so it'a a buyers market for us now. plus it's very usefull for installing things as well, you can have the readme onen on the left monitor while watching / installing on the main monitor, and it's good for web browsing too as any other windows that come with a site go to the left monitor.

That's a very nice setup Steve! I was thinking of getting the same MOBO as well, but haven't decided between a new Intel system or just upgrading to the new MOBO and vid card (radeon 9800 pro 128). I remember reading at a couple of tech sites that some where having problems with this Asus board and the corsair extreme memory, don't know if the new revisions of the board fixed it or not and it didn't seem to happen to all.Seems to me if you have most of what you need for a seperate system I would use that for a secondary monitor to take the load off the single CPU. I wonder how that would work on performance, you would think it would help. I have seen the home cockpit pics where they have more than one system running FS I prefer the big CRTs as well and they are getting cheaper, I have 2 19s, but haven't hooked then up together for FS, might have to try it.Might want to check the banner regs at the top of the main forum page, your's seems a bit big, just an FYI.Regards, Michaelhttp://mysite.verizon.net/res052cd/mybannercva1.jpgCalVirAir International VAwww.calvirair.comCougar Mountain Helicopters & Aviationwww.cgrmtnhelos.com
