They're essentially the same. The Ti4800 is only a Ti4200 with 8x AGP and a slightly qucker clock. Is $50 an issue for you? If not, go got for the Ti4800SE, if it is, then go the Ti4200, there isn't any real difference in them :)

For the price of that Ti4800 you could get a nice ATI 9500, which is the best deal in town for that price bracket. :)

I just got an ABIT Siluro TI4200 128MB 8X AGP card for slightly less than $150.00. Is the ASUS TI4200 supposed to be that expensive? I don't think so unless it is a video in (VIVIO?) version. Take a peek at pricewatch, TI4200's are coming in real cheap.Mauricio
