It is hard to say positively that a 300w ps will be enough. In all likelihood, it will be sufficient. If after replacing the graphics adapter, you experience unexplained shutdowns, bsod, or other anomelies, then it could be a deficient ps or incorrect drivers for the new graphics card.W. Sieffert
