August 27, 200322 yr Hi Andy, are both sticks from the same manufacturer, and if so, do they contain the same chips? I would suggest contacting the RAM manufacturer - a while ago I had a similar problem with some Kingston RAM that wouldn't work on my A7N8X motherboard. According to the Asus and Kingston website, the RAM was approved for use with the motherboard and there should be no problems. However, when I contacted Kingston, the support guy identified the problem as being incompatible chips on the RAM module, and send me a replacement stick with different chips. That's all I can think of at the moment, apart from the slots being faulty, but I presume you tested them all?Cheers,Gosta.http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg
