Usually, you will get a message if you want to send a report to Microsoft reporting the failure and the data stored at the location is sent to their database for analysis.Try starting your computer in Safe Mode to see if the problem still occurs. Start your computer, press the F8 Key after the initial DOS screen appears and before the Windows Screen appears, select the Safe Mode, let it stabilize, then let it sit until it either restarts or after a reasonable time elapeses without restarting. If it doesn't restart in Safe Mode, it is reasonable to expect that either a file is corrupt or you may have a virus.
