February 24, 200422 yr Moderator Hi Will,As a UK resident who has recently bought a 9800 Pro I would recommend either the Hercules (mine) or the Gigabyte - both got good reviews in PC Pro. Even though all the 9800 Pro cards return more or less the same results I'd avoid specials such as Dabs' 9800 Pro or the Sparkle from MicroDirect. You may have to hunt one down as they're very popular. Expect to pay around Ray (Cheshire, England). System: P3D v5.3HF2, Intel i9-13900K, MSI 4090 GAMING X TRIO 24G, Crucial T700 4Tb M.2 SSD, Asus ROG Maximus Z790 Hero, 32Gb Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000Mhz RAM, Win 11 Pro 64-bit, BenQ PD3200U 32” UHD monitor, Fulcrum One yoke, Fulcrum Throttle Quadrant. February 25, 200422 yr I bought (and am happy with) the ATI aiw 9800pro. I do more than just flight sims however..Seems the 9800pro from ASUS might have them beat for heatsinks however..
February 25, 200422 yr I'm really happy with my ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB. It does the job just fine!
February 25, 200422 yr I'd personally stick to Ati brands. If you're into overclocking, make sure you pick u a Radeon card with Samsung memory chips.MikeP4 2.4C @3.44 285FSBAsus P4C800 Deluxe1gb Corsair XMS PC3500 Asus V9950 FX5900 Ultra 256mb 500/950SB Audigy2 Platinum ExWatercooled baby!!!Pics: http://community.webshots.com/user/chksix2002
