March 26, 200422 yr Hi,I suggest getting and running Spybot Search and Destroy http://security.kolla.de and Ad Aware (sorry, don't have a link handy). Or at least Spybot. See if that cleans out that nasty spyware.Regards,Jim

March 29, 200422 yr Right click the IE Icon, select properties, General tab page. Check your home page address, by clicking it and highlighting, press the Home key to the very beginning to see if anything has been attached. Do the same using the End. Delete anything that doesn't look like your normal home page addressClick on the Delete Files button, check the Offline box, OK. If you don't have any cookies that you want to keep, click on the Delete Cookies button. Otherwise, click on the Settings button, View Files button, and manually delete all the cookies you don't want. Return to the Settings Menu, press the View Objects button, and review the attached Scripts. Unknowns are suspect but not necessarily at fault, double click any to review their properties. Delete any that may seem suspect. Return to the Genaral Tab page, press Delete History button.Close the IE properties window and open My Computer, right click the diskdrive containing Windows (usually C:), select properties, press Disk Cleanup button, let it stabilize, press OK, and Yes. Exit My Computer.Run a total virus Scan on all fixed disks with updated drivers. You may have to do it with a Boot Floppy vice normal hardrive logon. Rerun your Adaware on all User Names. Run Adaware on all fixed disks.W. Sieffert Bill Sieffert
