November 20, 200223 yr I was flying around the keys in Florida and saw this line in the screen then found out it was a rope of some sort with a small blimp going about 15,000 feet up. Does anyone know what this thing is?Thanks

November 20, 200223 yr Here is the information that I have It is on the north end of the Cudjoe key. There is a small airport on summerland key (X20). If you take runway heading 301 you should see it. The nearest military base around is 14 miles. Key West NAS Boca Chica Field. Thanks
