What type of hum? 50/60Hz or 100/120Hz? The former can be caused by ground loops or improper grounding, while the latter is normally a result of excess ripple voltage caused by a defective diode or leaky capacitor in the rectifier circuit of the amplifier's power supply.Cheers,Gosta.http://www.hifisim.com/images/as2betateam.jpg
