Hi folks, xp-64's RTM (release to manufacturing) has happened. MS intends to present it during the WinHEC conference in April. MSDN subscribers can already download it now. There will only be a Japanese and English version. Other languages will be supported through a language interface. General availabiltity is expected towards the end of April. If you have an OEM xp version, some distributors might exchange it for a 64-bit version. Whether they do or not, is up to the individual OEMs. So perhaps check this option prior to any others.
