Well, I'm frustrated. I got a track IR 4 for Christmas, but the device is not recognized. Registered at their forums, but I have yet to receive a password so I can post. Called their phone number in Oregon, no one answering, left a message. I get a red light and flashing blue lcd, but the Track IR software says the device is not recognized. After installing the software, when I plug it in, it says that its a USB 1.1 device, 2.0 would be better. On their forums someone else had this same problem, but theirs worked fine. I have SP2 installed, have reinstalled the track IR software, including their latest drivers with no luck. I'm feeling stressed out. UGH!Any ideas?

Got it going with the help of their email support. They sent me a reg fix that solved the issue. If anyone else has similar problems, get the reg fix.Thanks

Where did you purchase your unit from?? I purchased one from E-Dimensional (Track IR3) and had the same problem.I called Natural Point and they told me to ship it back and it wasreplace for me...no questions asked.Craig
