January 10, 200620 yr Before I go and activate my newly installed WinXP, I'm wondering if there's any downside to using the onboard NIC vs a PCI NIC card? I think that the internet is a limiter in speed of data transfer. Just wondering if there's a reason related to CPU resources to go for the PCI card.Thanks- Bruce. ASEL, Instrument. KBJC, Colorado.
January 10, 200620 yr Use the Nvidia NIC & you're good to go :)The onboard networking is quite good. No sense in using a PCI card.http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/747400.jpghttp://www.pic767flyingclub.com/siggies/lsd1.jpg
