Hi Ya Dave..Well, you need to meter the pot to make sure it's still working I'd say.. Also, connections might be good where you checked, but do you continuity clear to the pin in the USB plug ? Any outside trauma to the cord lately ? You saying it does not show when using the windows calibration ?
