2d panel problems after udate videocard

I updated my graphics card from ati 9800pro to club3d 1950pro agp.I have done the following;-Flashed bios-Installed fresh winxp with al updates-Installed latest chipset drivers for intel-Installed latest directx 9.0c-Installed ati cat.7.11 drivers.Now i have beautifull fps in every view except 2d panel(vc i don't use). If you are using FS2004 (FS9), go to C:Documents and SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftFS9 and rename FS9.CFG to FS9.ORIG. Restart the flight simulator, let it stabilize, then reset your preferences. See if the flight simulator has new information about your graphics card and it works better in 2D panel. If not, delete the new FS9.CFG and rename the original back to FS9.CFG.If you are using FSX, try the same with it. I don't have FSX installed on this computer so can't tell you the file to rename.W.
