May 27, 200719 yr Hello,I descided seeing as my PC is only 1 year old to scrap the new PC idea, seeing as C2D doesn't work even with FS9.I currently am running a P4 3.0Ghz Prescott, 2Gb Kingston RAM, Nvidia GeForce 6600GT Sparkly on a Asus P5GD2-X motherboard.I'm looking to get the Nvidia BFG 8800GTX, will it improve perfomance? I run addons such as AS6.6, PMDG 747, GE Pro, FE, FS Water, Ultimate Night Enviroment etc on VATSIM.Another question: will this graphics card fit on my motherboard?I'm not very experienced when it comes to PC and any help would be highly appreciated.I also have a 450W PSU, I suppose that would need upgrading aswell? Thanks in advanced! -- Oliver Smith

May 27, 200719 yr Well yeah, FS9 isn't coded for dual core utilization. That being said it does benefit greatly from the C2D raw power, even when using one core,it works just fine.
