Sound stutters as well?

Hi Rich,Sorry for the very late reply, but we had alot of bad things happening here, with the earthquake and flooding here in Tokyo, Anway, I see its still not resolved. I was going through your DXDiag, and did notice the same issues as Jaap, now i see that you did a re-Install of Vista with the problem still remaining. What system-drivers are you installing?, those from you original Dell install CD, or did you get the newest chipset drivers from you chipset maker?. Also you are not using your CD drivers for the X-fi right?, those do not work on Vista, you can only download the stand-alone driver for now off Soundblaster.com.
