Thunder Bay Install question

Recommended Posts

I have installed Thunder Bay scenery. And it seems to work OK. However, every time I start up FS2002, I get this message:"Completing Setup - Generating scenery files indices".This message appears every time I start up FS2002. I would think I should see it only once? Any ideas? Thanks, jibrady

Isn't that mesasge part of the normal FS startup? ;-). Just kidding. It appeared first on my computer after installing an update for a SimFlyers scenery, but uninstalling the scenery, deleting the INDEX_FILE or reconstructing the scenery.cfg didn't help. So I think it may be related to one of the afd files. Anyway, I haven't noticed any difference in performance or otherwise - it just takes a couple of secends longer to load.Maybe someone can reveal the secret?Cheers,Gosta.
