Hi everyone, I have a question for the users of Antti's EC130. Recently I have taken an interest into flying helicopters in flightsim and I have my eye on the EC130 by Antti and the recently released EC120 Colibri. So far I haven't been able to fly the EC130 because of the well known crash problem it has had and quite frankly it's p*%#ing me off. Has anyone found a way to get around this problem to make the heli usable, because I would like to put the VEMD in the EC120 but I don't want all the probems that go with it.Up to this point I have had a crash in the following file for FS2002:ntdll.dllec130.gauDoes anyone know what I can do to stop this?ThanksNick :-abduct

Hey Nick, don't know what to tell ya, I had the same deal when I first got it from HC, then I d/l from Flightsim.com and reinstalled it and I haven't had a problem since. Hey Michael!Hadn't realised you got it working... great news!As for what's causing the crash? Well that's still an unknown... Antti is aware of the problem, but has been unable to get to the bottom of it due to the fact that it seems to happen in an almost random manner. Some people have a prob with the default set-up, some when they tried to alias sounds, some when they try the gauges with other aircraft... The only thing to suggest is what Michael has done, try downloading again, maybe from a different location, and see what happens.Sorry I couldn't be more helpful,CheersAlun

Hey Alun, good to hear from ya! Yeah, you think I would go without flying this sweet machine? Where there is a will there is a way! LOLI went round rying to install the add on EC120 sound system with the start up and shut down and had all kinds of issues then, no rotors spinning in VC view, the crashing, etc, after playing with it and changing some parameters, I got a working bird, pretty happy with that!Next time you talk to Antii, see about the possibility of having a pilot figuire when in the VC mode for the EC 155, nice to see a pilot when you are the pax, adds to the realism!
