I would just like to kindly suggest you to place the forum together with the PSS/PIC/RC and flight deck companion forums, because I believe that mostly users of these are interested in using flight plans for their IFR-flights.

That area is reserved for commercial vendors. It should remain where it's at. I'm just thankful AVSIM set it up.Brent
