Not sure if this should be in the PIC 767 main forum or not, but anyhow..In regions of the world where filed altitudes are expressed in metres and speed in km/h, how do the pilots fly these altitude and speeds? Simply by referencing a chart to convert back to a TAS/Mach & feet and then dialing them up?
