It's very hard to get that information as I live in Finland, but when I flew Honolulu - Tokyo a few months ago, I finally found some information about the routing system in Pacific (as the North Atlantic has its NATs).Well, here's the link: ICAO Contingency Plans - Asia Pacific

There is no exact routings, but some stuff about Pacific standard of the routing. Please check Annex 2, there's a lot of pictures (and at least PDF files are very clear). There's explained the routings over the Pacific. But sorry, not for South Pacific. :(Regards,

so I guess when you are in the south pacific. as in Austraila.. you would use normal waypoints.
