Does anybody know on any oficial government agency like FAA here in US so that you can get flight plans for european cities. Thanks

Well, things are a little bit different here... There is an agency for Europe, of course, i.e Eurocontrol, but each country has its own agency.In other words we have not yet "one single sky". It should be fully implemented in some years... possibly.So it's not easy to get flight plans on line.
