Hi,to my knowledge the most used public source is here:http://164.214.2.62/products/digitalaero/dafifindex.cfmThe military DAFIF data is by far the most common start point to get updated files for worldwide FS navigation (i.e. waypoints, navaids, airways for FMCs).Of course every agency (FAA, DGAC, ENAV, etc) regularly publish docs regarding national subjects.See for example the attached Eurocontrol page listing the several docs in currently in force around Europe.Hope this helps.
