Hi,No airline flies this route without a stopover in Asia, usually Singapore or Bangkok.Though I remember when Qantas launched their first 747-400 they did fly the aircraft non-stop Heathrow to Sydney for publicity. The aircraft was empty apart from a few VIPs and select media. I think the load was only about 10 passengers to maximise the long range performance.MarkSydney
