GuysCan someone tell me how much a real-world plan would take into account severe weather?For instance, I have FlightManager, which is very nice apart from a few interface things which could be improved, and I love the factility to inject the MS/Jeppesen weather. So I'm flying from Frankfurt to Hong Kong and the autorouting has me flying through thunderstorms for much of my route.So, if there is a thunderstorm-free route that is maybe 200 miles longer, would this be chosen in real life or would the crew just deviate on route?Thanks and best regards//Neil

Thanks for the in-depth answer, Yohann. I'll get my Dad to translate the report for me tomorrow - he's a retired language professor and he can't get out much now because he has heart failure :( I'm sure he'll like the challenge.I wish I had broadband now, so I could use SimWX online weather with PS1 so I didn't just have static, 5-area weather to deal with along with the ELEC AC BUS 3 and 4 failures I've just got!Best regards//Neil
