ATC in FS2002 seems to have changed Descent Procedures.During the last 4 or 5 flights, ATC has cleared me for descent in increments of 1000 feet.The last flight I flew was cruising at FL370. On descent, ATC cleared me from FL370 down to 10,000 feet in increments of 1000 feet.As a consequence, it takes me longer to descend and I am too close to the airport to descend to the ILS altitude.On flights prior to this, I was cleared from altitude down to FL200, then to 15,000 feet and then down from there.I used the FS2002 flight planner to create these flights.Anyone have any idea why the change?Thank you for your help.George Meaux (Mo)

I think the moral of the story is 'don't use FS2K2 ATC'.Get yourself connected to Vatsim www.vatsim.net
