The European AIS Database is now online. European Aeronautical information at your fingertips. How many charts can you download before your hard drive goes full?Enjoy...http://www.ead.eurocontrol.int/

Thanks tocart! Great resource, let's hope Eurocontrol become increasingly "user-friendly" over the years and maybe one day we can get live flightplan access too...We can dream can't we?! :-lol

Hi Tocart,I must've downed too many beers this afternoon, so forgive me for asking this lame question: where exactly on this site are the AIS/AIP data/charts?Thanks, Tocart.Cheers,Dalat

Thanks Tocart!Just one question: I have followed the install instructions as far as java plug-in is concerned but each time I try to enter the site it tells me that it can't, and that the most probable cause is a faulty configuration. I tried almost everything without success. Can somone give me step by step instructions on how to configure IE 6.0 with java plug-in especially what is the acceptable setup for cookies and IE security. The instruction page also mention that it works best with windows 2000. I run windows XP. is this the problem?Michael

I don't think its anything you can fix. This is reporting an internal error with the server. I suspect EAD will have to fix it.-david-

Thanks david.Michael

Well, I think I may have found out one reason why I can't find what I'm looking for: it's that the site's set up for IE6 and its plugins and I'm using a Mac...IE6 isn't set up for mac yet (from what I'm told). Is there another way around this, anyone?Cheers,Dalat
