Hello to all:How often are the files in the computers of NOAA updated from the weather stations. This question is related to the "METAR"Thank You

I would assume since Metars are issued normally on the hour (unless a Special has been issued) that they would be on the hour as well.. thats the way it is on Nav Canada anyways...Chris

Depends upon the station. Some are half hourly, some are hourly. Between these times airports may issue specials but I don't know how many of these get to NOAA.
