March 11, 200422 yr I have just compiled a flightplan from EGKK-LEIB and will be landing on RWY 24 which is a vor dme approach, if anyone has the chart to look at it would help. The jeppessen chart i have says from d20 which is hdg 233 degrees turn at D16 (IBA vor) on hdg 196 for 3.3 miles to d13.6 then turn onto hdg 241 degrees which is final approach course, the question is - How is this done in the real world if actually following that chart? would it be programmed into the fmc or would it be hand flown from last waypoint, i hope this is correct forum to post this as but thought because emphasis is on flight plans i may get a satisfactory response due to availability of charts and info (hope i'm right)Paul.
