July 3, 200421 yr OBK, Would you be so kind to check the flight plan of KLM flight 1679 from Amsterdam to Barcelona on 3-th of juli. It's scheduled departure is at 2025z.
July 5, 200421 yr HiSorry I couldn't get hold of the 3rd July flight plan but I imagine that they're pretty similar from day to day. Here's todays (5th JUL).:-ADEP EHAM-ADES LEBL-ARCID KLM1679-ARCTYP B734-CEQPT SDRWY-EOBD 040705-EOBT 2025-FILTIM 050025-RVR 200-SEQPT C-SRC RPL-WKTRC M-TTLEET 0155-RFL F350-SPEED N0430-FLTRUL I-FLTTYP S-ROUTE N0430F350 LEKKO UB31 WOODY UN872 KOVIN UY317 PTV UN860 KUSOS UN855 LAPRO/N0430F310 UN855 PPG UP84 GRNHope this HelpsCheersOBK

July 5, 200421 yr >> ...I imagine that they're pretty similar from day to day...In fact they ARE the same every day, that's why it says SRC RPL ;)Cheers,http://home.planet.nl/~duijn181/cu2/koen.jpg
July 5, 200421 yr Thank you for the flight plans. I have just 1 question. The route on the flight plan you created is the same as the KLM flight plan BUT KLM only flies ODD FL and your flight plan has an EVEN FL change enroute in it. I don't have the latest chartes here so I was wondering how this is handeld by Eurocontrol. Will 1 of those 2 flight plans be rejected or will the pilot get no clearance to decend/climb to an ODD/EVEN FL while filed? Or is it allowed to fly both ODD and EVEN FL on the UN855.Regards
July 6, 200421 yr I think it's because a portion of the UN855 might be tracking an east bound required level for a short while and the software I've used has planned for this...that's the only thing I can think of. It won't be rejected as such.CheersOBK
July 6, 200421 yr Thanks for the reply. Just one other question :). Doesn't France uses the ODD/EVEN FL with NORTH/SOUTH heading instead of the usual EAST/WEST heading? I thought France used it this way or am I wrong? Maybe they have changed it. :-hmmm
July 6, 200421 yr Hi,That's correct, France (and Portugal, Spain, Italy etc.) uses a North/South division rather than a East/West division...Cheers,http://home.planet.nl/~duijn181/cu2/koen.jpg
