CYOW-KLGA - STAR in use???

Hello,I'm building a flightplan for a CRJ flight from CYOW(Ottawa) to KLGA. I've noticed that the easiest STAR pro is to use the NOBBI THREE but supposedly it's for Props only. The other STAR for jets uses the ROCKDALE Two Arrival, however this seems way to far west to start the arrival into KLGA. Does someone know the actual STAR to be used on this flightplan? Just trying to be realistic.Thanks,

Hi Jamie,Here's a real world CRJ flightplan from CYOW to KLGA. They don't use a STAR, but just get radar vectors from ATC...ACA736 CYOW-KLGA CRJ1/M EOBT/2300N0343F240 V104 MSS DCT BUGSY J570 ALB DCT PWL DCT IGN V157 HAARP DCTCheers,http://home.planet.nl/~duijn181/cu2/koen.jpg
