December 29, 200421 yr HeyQuick question for all of you, well, more like for those who use FBOweb. But anyway, that's beyond the point. What is FBOweb's policy on putting flight plans on other sites? I've looked but I can't find it. So, for example, say I track AAL2913 and get its flight plan, can I post it here on Avsim without getting slapped on the wrist by FBOweb? Thanks a lot.
December 29, 200421 yr Hi,FBOweb isn't the only source of FAA flightplans on the web, so as long as they can't prove you've got the plans from them, it can't be a problem.Besides, I think the flightplans remain property of the FAA anyway, and something like copyright doesn't exist for flightplans (otherwise airlines would be able to take legal action against websites like FBOweb.com and even ATC units, which certainly isn't the case)... :)Cheers,http://home.planet.nl/~duijn181/cu2/koen.jpg
