I was over at a friends place who has the Lago HNL addon.. I was going to show him a full procedure ILS 8L off the DME arc from alana... anyways, I noticed that something was wrong after doing the approach several times at home... upon further study, the mag variation is wrong on the HNL VOR in the lago scenery.. they have it as 11W not 11E as it should be, making the VOR 20 degrees magnetically off... ie over alana intersection my VOR should read 171 centered from, but I had to set it as 191 to get it centered from... also the reception range they have entered for it is a pitiful 44 miles...not too good when tracking a victor airway in the middle of the pacific!! Anyways we used a VOR editor and cleared it up now all is well. Is Lago aware of this error??Chris

If you had told Lago instead of complaining here, they'd certainly be aware of it now.Have you told them? I guess not, or you wouldn't be asking if they know about it...What's wrong with people these days that they post problems they find with products (real or perceived) in open forum instead of notifying the product author?

Its simple, they think it makes them look clever!

I don't know if anything happened during an install at my friends place or not.. I take it there is a problem and Lago is aware of it now from further reading the post. I don't own a lago product myself, I post here quite often and I know of users on here own the product..so hmmm lets check with others first before going to the publisher. Hey there Mathijis!! I love the Update you just put out for my Home Airport of HNL Intl with those dynamic sounds are pretty cool!!-:), Seems like you guy's added more Buildings by the Cargo Areas, and the road near the back by the water which is Laggon Dr!! It's getting more realisitc by everyupdate!! Which i love!-:), what will be updated with the next Patch?? Could you guy's possibly raise the Gates Dok Bridges up some?? As they are all way to low for a HEavyJet when they park, the Dockway is near the belly of the Plane! All this i am asking is for the Intl Terminla only! The Interisland areas are fine! So if you could consider adjusting the height some for the next update would be Awesome!! And keep the great HNL Intl updates coming!-:) MIKE-:)
