KBOS-LEMD Help

Featured Replies

Hey everyone,I fly for Meridian VA and I wanted to check out our KBOS-LEMD. The VA provides this route: KBOS.LOGAN2.ENE.573.YYG.J509.YQY.J575.YYT..KOPAS.UM440.STG.UN733.ZMR.ZMR2.LEMDNow for those who are knowledgeable about flightplans, there is a huge gap between YYT and KOPAS, essentially the entire Atlantic. I've checked all the static and updated NAT data, and no route seems to fit this one. I think that with real airlines a great circle route is used with arbitrary waypoints (like 51N40W) I was wondering if anyone could come up with a good circle route between those two waypoints mentioned because I tried with FSBuild and couldn't find a way of making a smooth track. Also, it might be worth looking at Iberia's KJFK-LEMD route as that's the closest to KBOS. Thanks! :-)-Cal

Hello hope I can help, here is a flight plan from JFK-LEMD you can probably just compare them. :) DAL126 KJFK-LEMD B763/H EOBT/2340 TTL_EET/0630N0461F330 MERIT3 MERIT DCT HFD DCT PUT DCT FRILL DCT KANNI N31E NANSO/N0465F350 N31E RAFIN DCT VODOR/M080F370 DCT 45N050W 45N040W 44N030W 44N020W DCT MUDOS UN725 STG UN733 ZMR

Great! That worked well since those atlantic waypoints were really what I needed. Thanks for your help 777pilot!-Cal
