April 1, 200620 yr Thanks very much for your information!Is the route of CX250 the shorten version or the original version?The captin told us the flight time would be 11:05 but the flighttime was shortened by 9 minutes. The ATE according to my stopwatchis around 10:56'30.ps. Airborne time: 18:52, Touchdown Time: 12:48 (All local time)pps. Btw, where did you get these information? Is the site confidential?
April 1, 200620 yr These are the original flightplans submitted to ATC before the flight departs. They might not represent the exact actual route flown by the aircraft.The actual flight time could have been a bit shorter (or longer in fact) for any number of reasons, such as more or less favourable winds than forecast, ATC shortcuts or re-routes in-flight, weather avoidance, etc...9 minutes over an 11 hour flight is only around 1% difference in flight time and a combination of the above could easily cause this.
