U know why /M078F340 is filed after Terto? That is often used by companys, because as you said, its the entry point of the FIR.

Hi,i.e:SAMAR/M076F340,"SAMAR" is an entry point in GCCC FIR(and in the figure pilots request a level change to even level at this point,and this is not correct)and a STAR begins also,but all entries in GCCC FIR exept TERTO(in wich may be odd and even because UN857 is a bidireccional airway)but in the normal operations also in TERTO aircraft

Thanks Alexis for your post.Its good to new always something new, but , I think most of the dispatches dont know what you told me now, they only know that they are Entry points, but not a point where they have to change the level ;)
