Hi,i.e:SAMAR/M076F340,"SAMAR" is an entry point in GCCC FIR(and in the figure pilots request a level change to even level at this point,and this is not correct)and a STAR begins also,but all entries in GCCC FIR exept TERTO(in wich may be odd and even because UN857 is a bidireccional airway)but in the normal operations also in TERTO aircraft
