Hi Joe,I know there is an explanation about FPs in the net, but not sure where.Why we need the time and flightnumber?Easy answer - to find the plans faster as normal, because without number or time its hard to find the flight in the system.

The easiest way to do this is to take a sample flight plan and decode it for you.
