I'm a bit new to these flight plans. How exactly do I read this? NO453- is this the flight number? I believe the next part, F300, is the flight level, but what is GILIO, UM729, and IDONA? Are they separate airways or intersections?

Hey,N0453 is the Speed (shown as TAS - > True Air speed).GILIO UM729 etc. are Airways and Waypoints/intersections :)

Second question: how do I get a flight plan to follow the UM729 airway, instead of having my route go straight from GILIO to IDONA? Because UM729 takes a dogleg over ELB.
