I would be interested in knowing where to obtain some preliminary reference material - is there a web-site?

Reference material pertaining to what? EPIC Syntax: No real online version exists, only simmer's examples.Other than that, it's mostly an exchange of knowledge. I've yet to come across a scenario that *isn't* possible with EPIC syntax.FYIRay
