Has anyone else experienced trouble downloading DX9. After the agreement screen the download stalls and I get the following message.... "Setup could not download the file. Please try later or check network connection" I have tried later and still in the last couple days have not gotten the file. Keep trying, the servers are busy. It should resume your download where it left off.
