December 10, 200223 yr Hi All,A "for what it's worth" comment on seasons. I was informed by Gray Gerrish (he made treesV3.zip) that there are about 30 different season bands in FS. Most of us are aware of the 4 major ones plus the Hard Winter one for a couple months in winter time. His tree foliage pretty well follows the assumed 4 season bands, but his next version will be specific as to location, elevation, etc, so his trees would follow the seasons as FS has them. I've been able to make scenery follow the general area of an airport but it does take some doing. There's no way (I know of) to easily change seasons. I can do it for scenery I design, but don't know how to modify FS itself. We could wait for a total global warming and only have one season! :-sun1
