Thx for the Tip. It is really amazing. It would have really been an ethical nightmare if I had to decide between a complete reinstall of XP and FS2002 or slicing up the cat.Alex

My results echo yours. Stable, but no gain. There might have been an improvement in smoothness but then again this may be the placebo effect. I have had no problems and see no reason to go back to 8.x.
