So I want the latest and greatest. $14.95, it's a deal.I click on the "Purchase" thingie, fill in the info and OK the transaction.I get a screen that sez my name and phone number are incorrect.WHY do they need my phone? Go back and look, name is me, phone is mine...maybe its the parenthesis on the area code.. try again..ErrorGo back, check name. Looks like me, maybe all caps.Try again.

All of my info is correct. As I stated, I bought Radar Contact through these guys with no problems.Something is strange. Maybe server trouble, but am I the only guy?BC

You guys are not alone. You are having trouble I am having troubleAdam is having troubleA lot of others are having troubleand at the moment it is wall to wall trouble.There is definately something amiss at eMetrix, some have been able to purchase without any trouble, some are having thier valid credit cards rejected, not just one type of card, but a variety (one guy tried all his cards, every one was rejected)One guy (Chris) couldn't purchase from Damians site using eMetrix, so he went to another and purchased and received ActiveSky wxRE with out any problems at all.Emails (with the download link and information) are not all forthcoming from eMetrix, some get them, some don't..........I am STILL waiting for mine, so are a lot of others.Don't pass up wxRE, its a fantastic program and is worth the wait (and hassle getting it).Damian is aware (I have emailed him at his private email addy) that there are some problems and I can assure you that he will do his best to rectify the situation. i've found out that the phone number has to be numbers onlyno other chars.... that put away my ordering problems...(it stated multiple possible errors: 1. incorrect address , 2. incorrect cc number, 3. incorrect phone)...however the confirmation mail is still somewhere out there ..lost... :( ..I gave them another email addy..so waiting tillmonday I guess......stuck to wxre-rc v3

I am glad to say, that I am NOW downloading the file.I went to the site at (http://www.emetrix.com/cs)and changed my email.It seems like the service is automated because I've got the email just a minute ago.....and now I have the file on my HDD

So I went back to the original link to purchase ActiveSky and scrolled down and found the extra links to purchase, which Damien must have just put up.I selected SimMarket,and I downloaded the product lickety spit!Works swell, no snags. Now to play around with it.After I shut down the sim, I received an e-mail from emetrix offering to assist in my purchase, as they noticed I had been trying to get the product from them.I replied that I was sorry, but I was able to get it through another vendor, but thanks.The whole thing was a bit surreal, but in the end, I got what I wanted. Too bad for the A.S. guys that there had to be such a major headache on opening day.Onward and upward. Looks like all the players are above board and effluvia happens.Now to go fly.Great job Damien, securing the alternate sources! You sure you're not a Marine, one who improvises and adapts?BC
