December 19, 200223 yr Well I did it and just wanted to say thank you for an obviously great new program!I do have one question while I am setting everything up.I am NOT running the Skyworld program but I am running a set of clouds made up of various different clouds from their different sets that give me a VERY realistic look using FSMeteo and FS2002.I have noticed you recommend using the default white cloud pack from FS2002.I would like to know what kind of problems I might run into using this set up clouds that I have put together? I know ActiveSky generates the weather in a much more detailed way then I am used to but if the clouds I am using currently looks really nice with default weather even in FS2002 then what would make them not look good using ActiveSky?I will most likely switch to the default white clouds like you suggest but I would like to get a little info on this before I do that.Thank you for your help and a great program!!!!:)
December 19, 200223 yr Hi,I think everyone is going to have a different interpretation of what the clouds should look like. All you can do is use the clouds that you have and see how they look. I don't think anyone has tried all the different cloud packs that are available or combinations of them all. I know when it was suggested to try the white clouds, all I could say was "wow".Edhttp://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg
